Will Connecticut Become One of the Country’s Leaders in Addressing Student Loans?

There are exciting things happening in Hartford. This week the Connecticut state senate will hold a hearing on a borrowers’ bill of rights, state-based student loan refinancing, and the establishment of a Connecticut student loan ombudsman to be sure borrowers in the state of CT have their rights protected.
